Terry is a bit of a pioneer in local real estate. She got her real estate license in 1987 and quickly after got her broker’s license in 1988. Terry started her career working with her father under Eric Spiess at Eric H. Spiess Realty. Spiess was a well-known real estate developer credited with creating a lot of the communities Galt knows today. When Spiess retired in 1990, Terry started her own brokerage, Parker Realty. Inspired by Spiess, Terry has built her own investment and development portfolio. She has invested and developed single-family homes, multi-unit residential properties, industrial and commercial buildings, bare land, and more. Each project has given her first-hand knowledge and expertise to pass along to her clients. Over the past thirty-plus years, Terry has made a name for herself in a multitude of ways. Terry has consistently been a top producer in Sacramento and San Joaquin counties since her start in real estate. She is a Lifetime Master’s Club member at both Lodi Association of Realtors and Sacramento Association of Realtors. Terry takes pride in her care and attention to each client and is known for treating her clients as if they were her own family. She specializes in residential and commercial real estate and has a wealth of knowledges in trust, probate, short-sale, and foreclosure transactions. In addition to serving her own clients, Terry owns and operates Parker Realty. The solo brokerage has been the number one office in its area for over fifteen years. Parker Realty is a full service, one-stop shop brokerage that offers service, for buyers, sellers, renters, investors, and everything in between. Aside from the legacy of top-notch customer service, Terry is most proud of each agent’s unique contributions to the community. Terry, herself, is deeply embedded in the community. She currently serves on the Galt Chamber of Commerce’s Board of Directors, the Galt High School District Board of Trustees, and the Galt Economic Development Task Force. When she isn’t serving her clients or the community, Terry spends her time with family and friends. She enjoys cooking, traveling, trying new restaurants, and watching her nieces and nephews play sports.
