Madison, a third-generation Realtor®, was immersed in the real estate industry from an early age. Inspired by her mother, Terry Parker, she developed a deep understanding of the market, contracts, and the importance of client relationships. She began her career as a real estate administrative assistant in 2012, working behind the scenes to support agents before becoming a licensed Realtor® herself. Now a Broker and the owner of Parker Realty, Madison specializes in residential homes and bare land transactions. She takes pride in providing strategic guidance, clear communication, and a seamless experience for her clients.

Devon, also a licensed Broker, joined the real estate industry in 2017 after a successful career in sales and customer service. His natural ability to negotiate, solve problems, and anticipate challenges quickly made him a top-performing agent. He brings a hands-on, client-focused approach to every transaction, ensuring that buyers and sellers alike feel informed and confident throughout the process. With an extensive network and a strong understanding of local market trends, Devon is skilled at securing the best possible outcomes for his clients.
