Toni grew up in the Galt area and graduated from Galt High School. She and her husband raised two children who are both 35 years old. Toni has four wonderful grandchildren, who she absolutely adores: Giovanna, Gino, Logan, and Ethan! Toni has been a licensed realtor since 1990. In addition to working with buyers and sellers, Toni works with landlords and tenants as a property manager. She also has her Graduated Real Estate Institute certification. Toni continues to keep abreast of all the real estate changes and attends classes that enhance her ability to stay up to date with the real estate industry. In her spare time, Toni loves boating, golfing, fishing, classic cars (1957 Ranchero and 1960 T-Bird) and working out at the gym! She attends the Galt Seventh-Day Adventist Church and is very active with my duties and responsibilities there, as well as the K-8th Elementary School in which she is their “Home and School Leader”. She is a member of the Make A Wish Foundation, Special Olympics, Sponsor of the Veterans Dinner, Galt Chamber of Commerce and Galt Seventh-Day Adventist Church. Toni serves as the Galt Seventh-Day Adventist Church Board Member, Assistant Church Treasurer and Galt Seventh-Day Adventist School Board Member. Toni has won several Lifetime and Masters awards for real estate. She is a member of the California Association of REALTORS, Lodi Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS.
Toni has helped us on several sales for the homes we live(ed) in and several rental property attempts. (We low-balled, so not a reflection on Toni that they didn't close. She put in the full effort in spite of my attempts to beat the market.) We've known Toni for something over 30 years and can say she is dedicated, trustworthy and has integrity. We will definitely use her again if we have the need.
